A little background on J2 Electrical . . .
We are an ambitious Gloucester based electrical contracting company covering all aspects of electrical installations, priding ourselves on a high quality and reliable service and excellent aftercare.
J2 Electrical Contractors was established in 2007 by the managing directors, Jason Skidmore and Jay Kelly. Jason and Jay combined, have over 30 years experence in the trade. It's that experience along with our ability to translate the knowledge we have gained to customers that makes your experience in working with J2 Electrical Contractors as hassle free as possible.
We built up years of experience working for other electrical firms before being approached by a number of building contractors asking us to price and carry out work for them directly. Whilst we both had the skills and understanding to complete jobs in a neat and timely manner we lacked the understanding of how to run a business and survey jobs. Even with that limited experience we decided that if we applied the same work ethic to learning how to run a business and managing budgets as we had to the installations we had been working on for a number of years that we could achieve the same level of success as we had enjoyed as electrical installers.
We soon developed our skills as surveyers and found that not only was this of great benefit to us in enabling us to run our business but it actually enhanced our skills as electrical installers as well. We are now extremely confident that not only are we able to be very competitive in price but that we can complete projects, both large and small to a very high standard and on budget.
Since our inception we have seen a steady growth and have taken great pride in growing our work load and work force.
We now have a strong team of installers that work to the high standards that we have set ourselves. We all seem to buy in to the J2 Electrical Contractors ethos that above everything else, we walk away from each and every job ensuring that the customer, no matter how big or small, is completely satisfied with the level of service that they have been given.
